Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.conversionteam.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Lineon LLC, doing business as ConversionTeam (“ConversionTeam,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover the Website only. Conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, auditing and related services that we deliver to clients are governed by the signed service order, proposal or agreement for that engagement. Where a signed agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
1. Who may use the Website
The Website is intended for businesses and the people who work for them. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, request an audit or book a call through the Website. By using the Website you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Our content
Unless otherwise stated, everything on the Website, including text, articles, case studies, statistics compilations, graphics, logos, images, video, page layouts and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to ConversionTeam and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your own business reference. You may quote short excerpts, and link to our pages, provided you credit ConversionTeam and link to the source page. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or otherwise reuse substantial parts of the Website without our written permission. Our name, logo and the names of our programs are our trademarks, and you may not use them without permission.
3. Case studies, statistics and results
Case studies, benchmarks and figures published on the Website describe results from specific client engagements or from data we have compiled and cite. They are offered for information and illustration. Past results do not guarantee future results for any business, and nothing on the Website is a promise of a particular outcome. Any contractual commitment we make, including a performance guarantee, is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement and nowhere else.
4. Forms, audits and bookings
When you submit a form, request a free audit or book a call, you agree to provide accurate information and you give us permission to contact you about your request. How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. A free audit or call is a consultation and does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only when both parties sign an agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to do anything unlawful, and in particular not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or the systems that serve it; interfere with its operation or security; use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact details; submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms; or upload or transmit anything that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Website links to other sites and uses third-party tools, such as scheduling, forms, analytics and video players. We do not control those sites or tools and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site or tool is governed by its own terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the Website accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Content on the Website is general information about conversion optimization and is not legal, financial or professional advice for your situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConversionTeam and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ConversionTeam harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
10. Changes to the Website and to these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and takes effect as soon as it is posted. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ConversionTeam about your use of the Website.
